Leanova Partners brings together a handful of careers and one conviction — that the right people change everything. Our work rests on more than two decades of board- and site-level operating leadership across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, cosmetics, packaging and chemicals: multi-million-dollar P&L turnarounds, operational-excellence programmes and award-winning innovation.
To that we add 20+ years of senior commercial and product leadership across HVAC, energy and infrastructure in EMEA and the Gulf, together with hands-on expertise in transformation, project management and digitalisation. We have lived the roles we now fill — on both sides of the table, in Europe and the Gulf.
Leanova was founded by a senior industry leader who remains in the background, and is supported by a team with years of hands-on HR and recruiting experience. Day to day, the firm is led by its partners.
